Wellness Advising Drop-In
Not sure where to turn for support? Wellness advising offers a free, informal, and confidential one-on-one conversation to help you identify what you need and connect with resources.
Meet with a wellness adviser at the Academic Success Centre to talk about your well-being and explore support at U of T or in the community.
How wellness advising can help
A wellness adviser can help you:
-
Identify your immediate needs.
-
Find health and wellness services.
-
Develop healthy coping skills.
-
Make a manageable plan for your well-being.
-
Stay connected with support.
You do not need to know which service you need before starting a conversation.
